具体要求：

Essential Functions and Duties:
Responsible for the daily tactical activities of corporate import & export compliance programs, ensuring that compliance requirements and business objectives are achieved along with assisting with special projects as required.

Establish and maintain an export and import control infrastructure which includes:
-developing and maintaining export and import compliance manuals in China;
-U.S. export licensing;
-employee education and training in China and other APEC area;
-auditing of core business functions and international locations in China and other APEC area;
-compliance screening activities coordination;
-China H.T.S. classification, respond to Customs inquiries, broker management, and recordkeeping
-ensuring compliance with U.S. export laws and regulations, including transfer of technical data
-monitoring regulatory changes and revise compliance policies and practices in accordance with changing legal framework and business models
Execute internal processes for problem resolution (Root cause analysis; investigate root cause of problems and implement resolutions; Provide diplomatic guidance to employees; Strong focus on customer service for internal customers; diplomatic interaction with all levels.)
