职位描述：
For our operation in China we are looking for a experienced Merchandising Manager
to guide and supervise one of our Merchandising Teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the merchandising team in day to day operations
- Develop and manage client relationship with an eye on quick turnaround and on time delivery of quality products through providing superior service.
- Act as expert advisor and decision maker in foreseeing and resolving production issues as well as be able to propose alternative solutions in relation to materials, production methods, sampling and quality control together with the techn. department.
- Facilitate smooth running operations; work closely together with Quality Control, R&D, Finance & Logistics, Marketing, Key Clients and Factories.
- Create price quotations with a deep understanding of what targeted end customers are willing to pay.
- Assist and advise factories on production best practices.
- Develop and train team members for greater responsibility.
- Infuse team with a fun and creative company culture that promotes hard work in an enjoyable atmosphere. |
