You have strong people skills and excellent document skills. Half your time will be spent with clients viewing properties in the city. The other half will be spent researching properties, drafting contracts, negotiating lease terms and solving problems. This is a highly rewarding job, but is very challenging and requires hard work, often at weekends.
Responsibilities include:
- Finding and viewing suitable office space and expat homes
- Draft proposals and contracts
- Negotiate best terms for clients
- After service and problem solving for clients
Your profile:
- Responsible, service minded, multi-tasker
- Detailed with excellent documentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
