·Source, negotiate with and manage the most competitive suppliers to achieve on-time, in-full delivery and meet quality expectations of current and new projects
·Lead the cross-functional team to achieve annual localization and cost reduction goals
·Actively work with SQ/SD engineer to manage suppliers in both commercial and quality aspects
·Maintain purchasing documents and provide performance reports
·Strictly follow the code of ethics and comply with purchasing procedures
Primary requirement for candidate
·Bachelor degree in engineering or technical areas. Master degree is preferred.
·Working knowledge of QS9000
·Proven successful record in past career history, preferably in multi-national companies and in automotive industry
·Team player, self-motivator, great analytical and negotiation skills, ability of working under pressure
