Job Description
1. Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for buyer acquisition and retention
2. Develop corporate messages, PR and all marketing communications using EDM, on-site, newsletters etc.
3. Research and analyse buyers needs, behavior and purchase patterns
4. Track campaign performance to increase conversion and ROI
5. Use customer insight to optimize communication strategies and help inform data-driven marketing opportunities
6. Develop internet campaigns like SEM/SEO, viral and community based advertising
7. Relationship marketing with trade associations, industry groups and government trade groups to acquire buyers
8. Partner with category management team to support them in all product promotion campaigns and buyer insight analysis
Requirement:
1. University degree in marketing, communications, PR or media. MBA preferred
2. Excellent command of English and able to communicate with local staff in Putonghua
3. At least 8 to 10 years experience in 4A agency marketing, media, business development or PR department with some China experience preferred
4. Excellent communication skills, organization ability, analytical mind and a deep knowledge of overseas buyer market is required
5. Leadership skills in people management and team building a must
6. Open, flexible, willing to learn and a team player with integrity are required
7. E-commerce experience is preferred |
